(Yes, that’s the inflammation quencher that’s in aspirin.) Research shows that these superfoods can protect your heart. What’s best is they taste a whole lot better than aspirin!

This Very Berry Yogurt Parfait is made with Yoplait Light yogurt, a little crunchy granola, and fresh fruit, they’re perfect for a waist-line friendly breakfast on the go. Spoon it all into a cute little mason jar, screw the lid on and throw it in your bag for a breakfast or snack you can look forward to when you get to the office.

To prevent the granola from going soft, they should made and eaten the same day. If you want to make them the night before, just leave out the granola and wrap it up in a little bag. Then you can sprinkle it on top when you come to eat it.

Very Berry Yogurt Parfait is made with Yoplait Light yogurt, granola, and fresh fruit, perfect for a healthy breakfast on the go.

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup non-fat plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 8oz mason jar

Instructions
 

  • Layer 1/4 cup of the yogurt in the bottom of the mason jar.
  • Top the yogurt with 1/4 cup blueberries. Top with an additional 1/4 cup of yogurt.
  • Top the yogurt with 1/4 cup raspberries and then top with an additional 1/4 cup of yogurt.
  • Drizzle the honey on top of the yogurt. Screw on the mason jar lids. Refrigerate or eat immediately!
