Metabolic Leg Circuit!  It is very effective as it gives you a metabolic workout to help build your legs and booty while allowing you to burn body fat! The circuit will only takes about 30 minutes to complete and still makes you work up a sweat! You can use this as your whole workout or as part of your workout (I like to do it as a finisher). Try it out and let me know how it goes! Metabolic Leg Circuit:
  1. Barbell Back Squats
  2. Barbell Deadlifts (sumo or traditional)
  3. Deficit Kettle Bell Sumo Squats (put feet on steps or benches to create deficit)
  4. Kettle Bell Swings
  5. Sled Prowler Push* (30-60 seconds)
Perform 15-20 reps of each exercise (perform your fifth exercise for 30-60 seconds) with no rest in between. After you’ve completed all five exercises, rest 1-3 minutes and then repeat 4 more times (so you will complete the circuit for a total of 5 rounds). *If you do not have access to a sled prowler, perform a high-intensity exercise such as box jumps or weighted squat jumps. te
