This recipe is rich and flavorful and you can make it in minutes on a busy night.

To make this dish we start by slicing our pork chops into nice slim pieces. You want to make sure you slice them evenly and not too thick so they cook quickly. Sauté the pork in a large skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side until they are golden brown. Once the meat is ready and brown, pour in the homemade sesame sauce. The sauce has sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and a pinch of red pepper. The sauce mixture is rich and slightly sweet and compliments the pork perfectly!

Add the sauce to the skillet along with several handfuls of fresh green beans. Stir the mixture well so the pork is completely coated with sauce, cover, and reduce the heat to low and allow the mixture to cook for 5 minutes.

Voila! There you have it! A healthy, hearty delicious dinner ready in under 30 minutes! This is great served all by itself or with sautéed cauliflower rice!

For the Sesame Sauce

Instructions
  1. Heat the olive oil and sesame oil in a large skillet to medium heat.
  2. Carefully slice the Smithfield All Natural Pork Chops into thin slices.
  3. Allow the meat to cook 3-4 minutes without stirring to give the meat a chance to brown. Stir and cook 3-4 additional minutes until pork is cooked through.
  4. In a small measuring cup add the sesame sauce ingredients and stir well.
  5. Pour the sauce into the skillet, add the green beans and stir well.
  6. Reduce heat to medium low and cover, cook 5 more minutes.
  7. **Optional: If you would like to thicken the sauce combine one tablespoon corn starch with one tablespoon hot water until it is dissolved completely. Add to the skillet the last minutes of cooking and stir well.

Notes: You can sub the pork for another protein if your choice!

Tips from Land O'Lakes

Toasted sesame seeds are available in the Asian or spice aisle of the supermarket. Place the sesame seeds in an 8 inch skillet to toast them. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally and watching very closely, just until seeds start to turn into a nice golden brown. Remove from heat immediately.
