This Low Carb Hot Caramel Drink recipe makes 2 serves. 1 serving is one mug and has 2g net carbs. We recommend making your drink fresh, but you can store leftover Keto Hot Caramel in the fridge for up to 4 days. Reheat in a saucepan over low heat, or in the microwave.

Making these low carb caramel drink is so easy you will wonder why you were frequenting the coffee shop! Just pour yourself 1 cup of this good coffee. Really, get good coffee. It’s worth it.

Low Carb Caramel Drink Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons of Keto Caramel Sauce, plus extra for drizzling
  • 2 cups of Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 scoop of MCT Powder
  • 2 tablespoons of Heavy Cream
  • ⅓ cup of Keto Whipped Cream

How to Make This Caramel Drink

  1. Place all ingredients into a small saucepan, and place over medium heat. Whisk together.
  2. Bring to a simmer and whisk to ensure all ingredients are combined.
  3. Pour into 2 mugs.
  4. Top with Keto Whipped Cream and drizzle with extra Keto Caramel Sauce.

The caramel sauce drizzle on top is optional. That does add additional carbs, so if you don’t have it open in my macros for the day then you skip it.
