Ingredients You Will Need:

  • Frozen bananas
  • Almond milk
  • Chocolate powder
  • Chocolate protein powder
  • Vanilla ice cream
  • Vanilla extract.

Toppings:

  • Coconut whipped cream
  • Chocolate syrup or melted chocolate, dairy-free
  • Chocolate chips dairy-free
  • Berries.

How to make a thick and creamy chocolate banana milkshake:

The trick is to use frozen bananas. Bananas are generally used to make smoothies creamier but when you use them frozen, the milkshake texture will be much creamier and thicker and you don’t even need to use ice.

How to make a healthier milkshake:

This healthier version used dairy-free milk added protein powder and eliminated the use of additional sugars or sugar syrups in the milkshake itself. Instead, used 100% cocoa powder.

Additionally, it is possible to omit the vanilla ice cream and adjust the toppings. For example, instead of chocolate syrup, you can add a pinch of cinnamon or 100% cocoa powder.

This chocolate banana milkshake is a healthier upgrade that still tastes very indulging and satisfying.

  • 5 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 scoops chocolate powder
  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract

Instructions
